How can I order one of your services?

Our services can only be ordered via our email moorbooksdesign@gmail.com or contact page.

 

What’s the turnaround time for cover design?

It takes an average of one to three weeks to complete the project from the agreed date of the arrival of the first design proposal. It all depends on your needs and the number of revisions. If something is urgent, it's important that you tell us in due time, and we will inform you if we can meet your request.

 

What genres do you work with?

We are working with all sorts of genres.

 

What if I'm not satisfied with the design?

With the help of your additional instructions, we'll make you a new one.

 

Do I really get unlimited revisions?

We will work on your cover until you are completely satisfied. If after a certain number of changes we estimate that no matter what we do, you are not satisfied, we will have no other but to conclude that we may not be the best choice for you.
 

What if I want to cancel the project?

You can always cancel the project, but please let us know about the cancellation at least 14 days before the scheduled date of the arrival of the design proposal if possible.

 

What if I know exactly what I want on the cover, but you don't think it's a good idea?

We will try to implement your idea as much as possible, but we have to stand behind our work, and if we think that something is not a good idea and that something can affect our reputation, we can not do it. The designer should not always follow the instructions of the author blindly. Keep in mind that it is in our best interests that you have a good and remarkable book cover design.

 

Can I provide an image that will be used on the cover of the book?

Yes, but under the condition that you have the copyright to use the image and that the image has the required quality (at least 300dpi at 6″x9″).

 

Can I use the previous drafts of my cover?

No, because the price includes only one final eBook cover. Also, if we are still in the design process and the purchase still hasn't been made, it also means you can not use it. If you want to use the previous versions, you must purchase them first.
 

After the final delivery of files, I realized that I wanted new changes?

In this case, there are additional costs. The costs depend on the changes themselves.

 

What if I want to order a paperback design but still do not have all the information (such as final formatted page count, back cover text, etc.)?

If you do not have all the information we need for a paperback design, that’s fine. Instead of the print-ready paperback, you will get a digital paperback (on the Amazon KDP template). The purpose of the digital paperback is to see how the print paperback will look like, or you could use it for promotional purposes or to receive feedback. When you confirm your eBook design and digital paperback design, we will send you an invoice for payment. When your payment arrives, we will send you the final files (eBook and digital paperback file) within two business days (including the same day we receive the payment). The next step is for you to provide us with all the necessary information required for finalizing the print file and send us the updated paperback print design brief. If you are printing with Amazon KDP, we require the final trim size, final formatted page count and paper color you wish to use. If you are printing with Ingram Spark, or any other, we will need your ISBN barcode and template. After that, we will adapt your digital paperback to a print-ready paperback for your selected printing platform, and we will send it to you as soon as possible without any additional costs.

 

What if I want to change something on the paperback cover after I got the final print-ready file?

There are additional costs. The costs depend on the changes themselves.

 

When I order additional material, do I get a new design?

Additional material is created based on the existing design of your cover. You can get a new design for teasers only. 
 

In case I already have an ebook cover, can you design promotional material for that?

Yes, but only if we previously designed your eBook cover. We do not work with covers that were already designed by other companies and individuals.

 

What if I want to make some changes on the final files on my own?

In that case, you must consult with us about changes. Additional costs are possible.

 

Are there any discounts for ordering multiple books at once?

We offer a discount if a client orders three or more book covers at the same time. A 10% discount will be applied on the total amount of the entire order for all our custom packages (EBOOK, EBOOK&PRINT, EBOOK+ANIMATION, EBOOK&PRINT+ANIMATION) and BOX SET NEW DESIGN package. The entire order also includes promo packages and add-ons if they are a part of this particular order and done within the same time frame. If the client wants to schedule multiple cover designs, we will offer the dates for sending a design proposal for each one of the covers. All covers should be done in a time span according to the agreed deadline so the discount can be approved. Work tempo is set in a way that at least two covers must be completed during one month. After the client confirms the design of the first book, we send the invoice for that first book. When the payment arrives, we send the final files of the first book. If the ordered covers are a part of a series, it is important that the first book is confirmed before we start working on sequels. The payment process for the remaining covers is the same as for the first book.

 

How can I make a payment?

We accept payments only via PayPal.
