How do I get started?

What do you need from me before starting?
We’ll ask you to complete a design brief covering your book’s genre, tone, references, and any specific ideas you may have.
This helps us align on direction before any design work begins, ensuring a smoother and more focused process.
Do you work with first-time authors?
Yes, many of our clients are first-time authors.
We guide you through the process step by step, so you always know what to expect, even if this is your first cover.
What if I don’t have a clear idea for my cover?
That’s completely fine.
We base our design decisions on your genre, story, and market expectations, not just visual preferences. Our role is to translate your book into a cover that works.
Do you design covers for specific genres like fantasy, romance, or thriller?
Yes, we design covers across a wide range of fiction genres, including fantasy, romance, thriller, sci-fi, horror, and literary fiction.
Each cover is tailored not only to your story, but also to the visual expectations of your genre and target audience.
Design Process
How does your design process work?
We begin by understanding your book and aligning on direction through the design brief.
From there, we create a full cover proposal based on that direction. If your project includes character design, the character is developed and approved first, then integrated into the full concept.
We then refine the design through revisions until everything feels right.
Do you create custom designs or use templates?
All covers are fully custom-made.
We don’t use templates. Each design is built from scratch to match your story, genre, and positioning.
How many revisions are included?
We offer unlimited revisions.
We continue refining the design with you until it feels right.
What if I don’t like the initial design?
That’s part of the process.
Your feedback helps guide the direction, and we refine accordingly. Our goal is to arrive at a cover that truly fits your book.
Can I provide my own image for the cover design?
Yes, you're welcome to provide your own images.
However, you must have full rights to use the image, and it needs to meet print-quality standards (at least 300 DPI at the intended size, e.g. 6" × 9").
If the image doesn’t meet these requirements, we may suggest alternatives to ensure the final result looks professional.
Pricing & Payment
Do I need to pay upfront?
No, we don’t require prepayment.
You only pay once the design is finalized and approved.
When do I pay?
Payment is completed after you approve the final design, just before we deliver the final high-resolution files.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, all pricing is transparent.
Any additional services or add-ons are clearly discussed before being included.
Do you offer discounts for multiple covers?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount when ordering three or more covers.
This is especially useful for authors working on a series, where consistency across covers is key.
Do you offer refunds?
Because we don’t require upfront payment, refunds are generally not applicable.
Our process is designed to ensure you’re fully satisfied before any payment is made.
Files & Deliverables
What files will I receive?
You’ll receive high-resolution files ready for your intended use, including ebook and/or print formats depending on your order.
Do you provide print-ready files?
Yes, once you provide final details such as trim size, page count, and paper type, we prepare a print-ready file tailored to your publishing platform.
What if my page count changes after I receive the print cover?
No problem, this is a common situation.
We can adjust the spine width accordingly. Minor updates like this are usually handled quickly for a small additional fee.
Can I use the cover for marketing purposes?
Yes, your final cover can be used across all marketing platforms, including Amazon, social media, and promotional materials.

Do you offer animated book covers?
Yes, we offer animated cover designs for authors who want additional visual content for marketing, ads, websites, or social media.
Animations are designed to enhance the atmosphere of the original cover while remaining clean, cinematic, and genre-appropriate.
Do you design box set covers for book series?
Yes, we create box set cover designs for completed or ongoing series.
We ensure visual consistency across all books while making the collection feel cohesive as a single product.
Can I add paperback, audiobook, or other formats later?
Yes, additional formats can be added at any time.
We keep your project files so future adaptations are quick and consistent with the original design.
Do you offer promotional materials?
Yes, we design a range of promotional assets for both digital and print use, including social media graphics, bookmarks, posters, and more.
Do you provide PSD or source files?
Yes, PSD files are available as an add-on.
These typically include a flattened artwork background with separate editable text layers, which is often sufficient for publishers.
