PREMADE
1. CONTACTING US
First of all, you need to contact us via our
e-mail moorbooksdesign@gmail.com or via our contact page. Please give us your name and e-mail address. Inform us briefly about what you need from our services and let us know about your deadlines. We will respond within 24 hours. Keep in mind that we do not work on weekends.
2. SCHEDULING & DESIGN BRIEF
The next step is to determine the date when the first design proposal (draft 1) will be sent to you. When we agree on a specific date, we will send you a design brief questionnaire that you need to complete. In order for the designer to start working on the cover, you need to return the completed design brief. It is important to fill in the design brief in detail since the revisions during the design process will be made within that brief. It is also necessary that you return the design brief no later than seven business days before the agreed date for the arrival of the first design proposal.
3. COVER DESIGN PROCESS
The author gets a low-resolution JPEG file (design proposal) with our watermark on it. After we send you the first draft, we will require your feedback. If you do not want to make further changes, please let us know or if you do want changes, give us instructions for further revisions. If you are not satisfied with the first design concept, you will need to send us some examples of other book covers that will help us determine your taste and preferences. We will work on your cover until you are completely satisfied. Once you confirm the design, we will start working on the additional material you have ordered.
4. ADDITIONAL MATERIAL DESIGN
The next step is to create additional material that you have ordered within one of our packages. If necessary, you need to provide us with all the dimensions, templates, and text information we need for the design of certain items.
In order for us to start working on the paperback design, we require all the text and other information you would like on the back cover. If you are printing with Amazon KDP, we require the final trim size, final formatted page count, and paper color you are using. If you are printing with Ingram Spark, or any other, we require your ISBN barcode and template.
5. PAYMENT AND FINAL FILES HANDOVER
After confirming the overall design of all the files you have ordered, we will ask you to make a payment. In some specific cases, we may require the payment right after the main package is confirmed. After the payment is confirmed, we will send you high-resolution and print-ready files, depending on the package you purchased. You will receive the final files within the following 3 business days after the payment. Keep in mind that we do not work on weekends. Please notify us via email after you pay the invoice.

2. EBOOK PREMADE COVER PAYMENT
After you have told us which premade cover you want to purchase and after you have given us your invoice e-mail, we will ask you to make a payment according to the invoice. The invoice payment deadline is two business days from the invoice delivery. This means that the premade cover will not be retained for you after the payment deadline has passed and will be offered to the next interested author. If you need more time to make a payment, please let us know. When your payment arrives, we will send you a premade design questionnaire via e-mail.
3. PREMADE HANDOVER OPTIONS
When we receive the completed premade design brief from you, we will send you the revised ebook file for your approval. When you approve the file changes we will send you the high-resolution final files within the following 3 business days. Keep in mind that we do not work on weekends. Please notify us via email after you pay the invoice.
4. ADDITIONAL CHANGES
Additional changes on the art or drastic font changes will be charged separately. The price will be determined depending on the changes themselves.
Additional changes on the ebook premade cover are charged separately and will be charged when you confirm the overall design. When your payment arrives, we will send you the high-resolution final files either on the same day or the next day at the latest.
5. ADDITIONAL MATERIAL DESIGN
With a premade cover you can also order an additional material such as a paperback print, ebook animation, audiobook cover, title page, online and print promotional material. If necessary, you need to provide us with all the dimensions, templates and text information we need for the design of certain items.
Regarding the paperback design, if you are printing with Amazon KDP, we require the final trim size, final formatted page count and paper color you are using. If you are printing with Ingram Spark, or any other, we require your ISBN barcode and template.
